A possible sling design for the purpose of prototyping. This consists mainly of common scaffolding parts but could be fabricated out of whatever is available. The structure is held anchored by the two baskets filled with rocks, bricks, sandbags or hardcore. As a temporary structure it may be useful in situations where planning permission is an issue. Anchoring to one bank avoids other problems such as requiring access to the other bank or problems anchoring to the riverbed. It is fairly unobtrusive as it would straddle a riverbank path.
